Why you should not respond to a person who attacks you!
Why not respond in revenge when someone you know is being physically attacked? And what should you do?
Take a listen from Moses as Stephen explains it.
"When he was forty years old, it came into his heart to visit his brothers, the children of Israel. And seeing one of them being wronged, he defended the oppressed man and avenged him by striking down the Egyptian. He supposed that his brothers would understand that God was giving them salvation by his hand, but they did not understand.
Acts 7:23-25 (ESV)
See the person being physically hurt you should get the person to a safe place and call 911. Least in your own flesh (mind) you act out of anger and do harm to the person and they turn around and sue you, and now in a predicament and to protect the person turns against you.
Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger; for the anger of man does not produce the righteousness that God requires.
James 1:19-20 (ESV)
